Breakneck Gorge offers luxurious accommodation in two unique, architect-designed buildings. Derived from Aboriginal and Greek words
meaning dwelling, Akora and Oikos are unrivalled private retreats.
Each distinctive dwelling sits harmoniously in a natural wonderland, which you get to share with mobs of kangaroos that laze and graze in easy view.

Divided Road
About half way up the 600 metre drive the road divides. Follow the signs – left to Akora and right to Oikos. Parking is available at the front door of each dwelling.

We deeply respect the Dja Dja Wurrung People of Central Victoria and their Elders whose age-old and continuing spiritual ceremonies of initiation, renewal and celebration have cared for the Land for millennia.
